Autel robotics requested ITC to launch 337 investigations and issue limited exclusion and prohibition orders. According to the reporter's investigation, autel robotics is actually "daotong intelligent Aviation Technology Co., Ltd." headquartered in Shenzhen. Li Hongjing holds 91.25% of the shares. The company is also an UAV manufacturer, and has a competitive relationship with Xinjiang. Previously, autel robotics has been in the United States District Court of Delaware, the Western District Court of Washington, and the Southern District Court of New York against Xinjiang Patent infringement has been sued.
